1. Do not abuse other members on the forum, there is no need for childish namecalling. Use your common sense. If you want to namecall in jest i.e you dummy, you wally etc, please add a smiley so the recipient knows you're kidding.
2. No slagging off of other forums or their members. We want to move away from that.
3. No Discrimination, - You may not insult members based on their religion, race, sex, political beliefs, or whether they are gay or straight. This is worse than flaming, because it also hurts other members of the board who fall into the catagory you insult. Fresh Horizon is a place where everyone is equal, and discrimination will NOT be tolerated!
4.Posters post personal information at their own risk, but Fresh Horizon accepts no responsibility for this, however, posters must not post anyone elses personal details.
5.No Bullying - Do not pick on other members.
6.Please do not bring old quarrels between members here.Try to get on with each other. If you can't, then ignore the member concerned. Fresh horizon, fresh start.
7.No trolling, spamming or flaming, any user doing so will be warned, then gagged and if he/she carries on then he/she will be banned.
8.No threads revealing an unconvicted persons name if their only a suspect in a court case are permitted.
9.Anyone registering behind a proxy will not be activated.
10.Impersonating Other Users / Accessing Another User('s)Account.
11, Any posts considered offensive will be edited or deleted at our discretion, so just use common sense when posting please, and if you find any post offensive please use the report button.
12 You may not impersonate another board member or create an account specifically for the purpose of provoking other users. Also, accessing or using someone else's account or attempting to access another poster's account is strictly prohibited. You will be banned.
13 Anyone putting the contents of a PM, either in whole or in part on the open forum will be instantly banned without an infraction, because PMs are meant to be exactly that, PRIVATE.
Be respectful of other members, all these rules are for your protection and enjoyment, the staff can enforce these and other rules when and where they see fit. Use common sense!
Breaking rules. 1. Warning - This is where a public announcement is made that mentions your username and that you have broken a rule.
2. Muting - This is where you are not able to talk on the board. You may still view it. Anything from an hour onwards.
3. Temporary Ban - This is where you are not able to view the board for a certain period of time. Anything from an hour onwards.
4. Permanent Ban - You can never again view the board.
