Actually Gitmo is a bit older then 10 years old. My old man visited there quite often in 1952.
We have the Bill of Rights. What we need is a Bill of Responsibilities.

I don't know if they did that back then. He never mentioned it. They did a lot of not very nice things to him when he was in Officer Candidate School.
